全球数贸港核心区以全球数字贸易博览会为牵引，整合临空区与“三区六基地”产业要素，构建覆盖研发、数据交易、跨境支付、物流与海外服务的数字贸易全链生态。该核心区将提升我国在数字贸易规则与标准制定中的国际话语权，推动本地企业规模化“出海”与品牌国际化，形成可复制的制度创新示范，带动区域产业协同升级与高质量开放发展，为国家参与全球数字经济竞争提供重要支撑。

Anchored by the Global Digital Trade Expo, the Global Digital Trade Hub — Core Zone integrates the industrial elements of the airport economic area and the “three districts and six bases” to build a full-chain digital trade ecosystem covering R&D, data trading, cross-border payments, logistics and overseas services. The Core Zone will strengthen China’s international voice in the formulation of digital trade rules and standards, promote large-scale overseas expansion and brand internationalization of local enterprises, create replicable models of institutional innovation, drive coordinated regional industrial upgrading and high-quality open development, and provide crucial support for the country’s participation in global digital economy competition.
